a catered event - anthropologie fashion show

i had the great opportunity to work with my local anthropologie this past weekend to cater their fashion show event! i made double tomato bruschetta, smoked salmon rillette, caramelized onion and apple tarts, and parmesan/thyme crackers. everything turned out delicious and i was really happy with the presentation and how everything came together so well. so anthro! as some of my friends and i would say. :)

to be honest, i haven't been in the store since before christmas, so i was so pleasantly surprised by all the new items that they had to offer! i fell in love with the new spring floral dresses they had and can't wait until i can shop again to have them pretty things in my closet!! i feel like semi old anthro is back?

on a side note: it's a known fact that i'm not great at keeping up with blogging. i don't know why! but i'm great at updating on facebook. so i've created a new facebook page for honeysuckle catering that will feature all my powhow class schedules, cooking videos, recipes, cooking tips, etc. you know - my daily shenanigans that i forget to blog about! please follow me here! =)
